Template FAQs
What editing platform do you use for templates?
I have partnered with Corjl, a FREE website where you can edit and download digital templates without the need to download any software or fonts.
When and how will I receive my file?
Once purchased, you will receive an email from Corjl to access and edit your template once your order has processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process and be sure to check your junk / spam folders for this e-mail.
What can be changed within the template?
Text boxes can be changed, removed, added, and repositioned. Images cannot be moved or changed. To ensure you can make all of the edits you need before purchase, be sure to use the demo links provided in all of my product descriptions. If you need something changed that you are unable to change within the template, please contact me and I will be happy to help you.
Does my template expire?
Your templates do not expire, however, there is a limit of 3 downloads per template. Once downloaded 3 times, you will no longer have access to your template. If you are in need of more downloads, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly reset your downloads.
Can I sell products using your templates?
All of my templates are for personal use only, please! You may not sell, redistribute, or make any other commercial use of any item in my shop for either nonprofit or profitable causes without prior approval by Emily Wilt Designs.
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, Emily Wilt Designs reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of our products and templates, and to cancel any future orders.
Can I edit your templates using my phone?
Corjl will work on smartphones and tablets, however there is very limited functionality. I highly recommend using a computer to make all of your edits. Safari does not work well with Corjl, so I recommend using Google Chrome for the easiest editing experience.
What file format will the download be in?
All of my templates are available to download as a PDF or JPEG. PDF is recommended for home printing and JPEG is recommended if you are sending digital / virtual invitations or having professionally printed.
Can I print multiple items per page?
Yes! I recommend downloading as PDF with the option to "Print Multiple Items Per Page if Possible" selected. I also recommend selecting the option to "Show Trim Marks". This will print the maximum number of copies per page.
Do you have any product recommendations?
Yes! Please visit my amazon list for all of my current product recommendations. I do receive a small amount of commissions from purchases made off of my amazon list.
