Processing is 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days via USPS.

I provide proofs for printed invitations and photo cards. I do not provide proofs for other items unless requested.

Yes. My logo is printed on the back side on the bottom of all items.

All printed products and digital files are for paying customers’ personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed in any way.

For printed products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on my behalf. For digital products, I am happy to refund or exchange any template that has not yet been downloaded.
